Shipping Costs and Information

Shipping is generally only possible to the countries listed below.
Orders are shipped via Deutsche Post or DHL.

I. Shipping within Germany

For deliveries within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4,15 per order.
Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days.

Shipping for silver jewelry pieces within Germany is €6.19 per order.

II. Shipping outside Germany


We ship to the following EU countries:


EU (Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Malta, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary)

Shipping to the countries listed above is sent as registered mail and costs €7.00 per order.
Estimated delivery time: 3–13 working days.

Shipping Information

Principle of Non-Discrimination

You must allow EU and EEA citizens to shop in your online store.
The EU Geo-blocking Regulation prohibits general discrimination against customers from other EU or EEA countries.

This means that, in principle, you must conclude contracts with customers from the EU and EEA.
An online shop must therefore be designed in a way that allows EU/EEA customers to complete the ordering process (for example, it must technically be possible to enter a foreign billing address).

Exception:
Certain products (e.g. copyrighted digital content, goods with sales restrictions such as alcohol, fireworks, animals, plants, or fixed-price books) are partially exempt from the prohibition of different sales conditions under Article 4 of the Geo-blocking Regulation. Freedom to Choose the Delivery Area

Online retailers remain free to decide which EU or EEA countries they deliver to.
The Geo-blocking Regulation does not oblige retailers to deliver throughout Europe.

However, for the self-selected delivery area, the same conditions must apply to all EU and EEA customers. Further details and examples can be found here.

No General Obligation to Deliver Abroad

If the retailer does not offer delivery to the customer’s country, the customer has no right to delivery to that country.
In this case, the customer may collect the goods themselves or provide a delivery address within the offered delivery area.

Higher Shipping Costs Abroad

If the retailer offers delivery to other EU countries, they are free to set shipping costs accordingly.
For example, shipping within Germany may be cheaper than shipping to Italy without violating the Geo-blocking Regulation.

Detailed Information on Payment Methods

1. Advance Payment by Bank Transfer

Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 14 days, stating the intended purpose of payment.
Our bank details and the reference will be provided separately by email during the order process.

2. Credit Card

You can pay conveniently by credit card.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

3. PayPal

Select “PayPal” as your payment method at checkout.
You will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the payment.

If you already have a PayPal account, you can log in with your PayPal credentials and confirm the payment.
If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create one and then confirm the payment.

For payment methods such as direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, or purchase on account via PayPal, a PayPal account is not required.

After payment, you will be redirected back to www.saava.de.

4. Giropay

Giropay is the online payment system of German banks and savings banks.
You can link giropay directly to your checking account.
If you do not yet have a giropay account, you can register quickly and easily.
