Order & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
I currently ship within Germany and to selected EU countries such as Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands, Slovenia, Czech Republic, and Hungary. Unfortunately, I cannot ship to other countries at the moment.

How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
Shipping within Germany costs €3.75 and is sent via Deutsche Post/DHL. Your package usually arrives within 2 to 4 business days.
Shipping to the EU costs €7.00 as registered mail. Delivery times vary between 3 and 13 business days, depending on the country.

Can I change my address after placing the order?
Yes, as long as your package hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact me as soon as possible.

My order hasn’t arrived yet — what should I do?
Occasionally, there are delays with the postal service. If your package hasn’t arrived after 14 days, please get in touch with me and I will help find a solution.

Payment

How can I pay?
You can conveniently pay via bank transfer (prepayment), credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, or Giropay.

What if my payment doesn’t go through?
Please double-check your information and try again. If it still doesn’t work, contact me and I will assist you directly.

Returns & Cancellation

Can I cancel or change my order?
As long as your package hasn’t been dispatched, you can. Please contact me as soon as possible.

How does the cancellation (withdrawal) process work?
You can cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14-day period starts as soon as you receive your package.

How do I return an item?
Simply send the product back to me within 14 days after cancellation. You will cover the return shipping costs.

When will I get my refund?
Once I receive the returned item, I will refund the amount within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used when ordering.

Are there any exceptions to the cancellation right?
Yes, personalized jewelry is excluded from the right of withdrawal. Thank you for your understanding.

Sizes

What sizes do your jewelry pieces have?
Macramé bracelets are approximately 30 cm long and adjustable with a sliding clasp. The ends can be shortened if needed.
Macramé necklaces are about 60 cm long and also adjustable.
For silver jewelry, you will find the exact size on the respective product page.

Packaging

How is my order packaged?
With lots of love, securely, and as plastic-free as possible.

Care Instructions

What should I consider when wearing the jewelry?
Please remove your jewelry before showering, sports, sleeping, or cleaning. Avoid contact with perfume, creams, and cleaning products.

How should I store my jewelry?
Store it dry and protected, for example, in a small pouch or jewelry box.

How do I care for silver jewelry?
Regular wearing helps prevent tarnishing.
Store silver jewelry airtight, for example in a zip-lock bag.
Avoid salt water and aggressive cleaners.
Use a silver polishing cloth or a special silver bath to clean.
