Jewelry & Craftsmanship

Is every piece of jewelry handmade?

Yes. Every piece is carefully handcrafted by me with great attention to detail. Small variations make each piece unique and are part of its handmade character.

What materials do you use?

For my silver jewelry, I use 925 sterling silver as well as carefully selected gemstones such as opals and freshwater pearls.

For my Morse code bracelets, I use high-quality polyester cord and glass beads.

How long does it take to make my jewelry?

The processing time depends on the piece you order.

• Morse code bracelets & glass bead jewelry: Processing time is usually 1–3 business days.
• Silver jewelry: As each piece is handmade to order, processing time is approximately 3–10 business days.

Shipping begins once your jewelry has been completed.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! If you have a special idea or a custom request, feel free to get in touch. I’d be happy to create something unique together with you.

Morse Code Bracelets

How does the Morse code work?

Each letter is represented by dots and dashes in the Morse alphabet. I translate these into different beads, creating a personal message that only you know.

What can I personalize?

You can choose individual letters, initials, names, words or short messages.

What happens if my message contains multiple words?

For messages with multiple words, I automatically add a transparent glass bead between each word. This keeps your Morse code balanced and easy to read.

Personalization

Can I change my personalization after placing my order?

Please contact me as soon as possible. As long as I haven’t started making your jewelry, changes can usually still be made.

Where do you ship?

I currently ship within Germany. If your country isn’t listed, feel free to send me a message and I’ll be happy to check whether shipping to your country is possible 🤍

How long does shipping take?

Once your jewelry has been completed, estimated shipping times are:

• Germany: approximately 2–4 business days

Which shipping carrier do you use?

Orders are shipped with Deutsche Post or DHL.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact me as soon as possible.

My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

Occasionally, shipping delays can occur. If your order hasn’t arrived after approximately 14 days, please get in touch and I’ll be happy to help find a solution.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can securely pay using:

• Bank Transfer (Prepayment)

Returns & Cancellation

Can I cancel my order?

As long as your order hasn’t been processed or shipped, I’ll do my best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please contact me as soon as possible.

Can I return personalized jewelry?

Jewelry made specifically to your personal specifications (such as names, initials or custom messages) cannot be returned.

My Fidget Rings are also individually made according to your chosen bead colors and bead quantity and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal.

How do I return an item?

Non-personalized jewelry can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please send the item back within the legal return period.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has arrived, your refund will be processed within the legal time frame using your original payment method.

Ring Sizes

How do I find my ring size?

Available ring sizes are listed on each product page.

If you’re unsure which size to choose, feel free to contact me before placing your order—I’d be happy to help.

If your delicate sterling silver ring or Fidget Ring doesn’t fit as expected, please get in touch. Together we’ll find a suitable solution.

Jewelry Care

Does sterling silver tarnish?

Yes. Genuine 925 sterling silver may naturally tarnish over time. This is completely normal and not a quality defect.

How should I care for my jewelry?

• Remove your jewelry before showering, bathing, exercising or sleeping.
• Avoid contact with perfume, lotions and cleaning products.
• Store sterling silver in a dry, protected place.
• A silver polishing cloth or silver cleaning bath is recommended for cleaning.

Packaging

How will my order be packaged?

I do my best to process your order as quickly as possible and get it on its way to you. Every order is carefully packed by me using paper and cardboard. I avoid plastic wherever possible, depending on the item.

This way, your jewelry arrives beautifully packaged and ready to give as a gift or simply as a little treat for yourself.
